Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, modifying, and testing the code and scripts that drive the functionality of our computer applications. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and correcting errors, preparing detailed workflow charts and diagrams, and translating them into precise instructions using various programming languages and tools.
The role requires expertise in PHP (v7.4), Laravel (v5.2), MySQL (v8), Ionic Framework, and integrating systems through APIs. Candidates must also have experience with AWS EC2 and RDS services, Agile development methodologies, and Git version control.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all processes related to support, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and version control of the company’s operations system.
- Conduct meetings with service providers and property managers to gather software requirements.
- Analyze new software requirements.
- Prioritize user support requirements.
- Analyze and manage software integrations to optimize and centralize new software functionalities.
- Manage the infrastructure on which the software operates, such as servers, databases, email services, text messaging, and other services that contribute to the software’s operation.
- Lead software development teams or vendors.
- Ensure the sustainability and continuous improvement of the software.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, training, or work experience.
- 2+ years of experience as a web developer or software engineer.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Must be bilingual.
- Must have 2+ years of experience in PHP programming language version 7.4.
- Must have 2+ years of experience in Laravel programming framework version 5.2.
- Must have 2+ years of experience in Mysql database engine version 8.
- Must have 2+ years of experience in Ionic Framework.
- Knowledge of AWS EC2 and RDS services.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies for software development.
- Knowledge of Git version control software.
- Knowledge of integrations with other systems using APIs.
- Experience in defining software requirements with clients.
